ATMs - Automated Teller Machines
ATMs are a quick and straightforward way for you to access your funds without having to queue in the branch. We have a wide network of ATMs with over 520 machines found in or outside our branches and other locations such as supermarkets and petrol stations. We also have over 650 EasyCash machines at similar locations.
You can carry out the following transactions

- Access your funds if your card has been stolen with our emergency cash service*
*If your card is lost or stolen and you need emergency funds, you can take advantage of our 24 hour Emergency Cash service. After answering a few quick security questions, you will be given a code enabling you to withdraw cash without a card from any Ulster Bank, RBS or NatWest ATM.
ATM Security
At Ulster Bank we take the security of your personal information and finances very seriously. We know how important it is to provide a safe and secure service, this is why we have continued to invest in our ATM network by installing enhanced security features.
Here’s how we do it:
- We provide you with a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for your card that you will need to gain access to your account at an ATM
- You can change your PIN at one of our ATMs at any time
- Never disclose your PIN to anyone and always shield the keypad when entering your number.
