Smart Phone - Overview

Our Smart Phone Apps keep you in touch with your money, wherever you are. They are free, secure and easy to use.

Mini statements - See your last six transactions for all your accounts that you manage using Anytime Internet banking including:Current accounts, Savings accounts, Credit cards and Loans.

Payments - Pay your friends, family, credit card, or utility bills - just set up and make your first payment to each new payee in Anytime Internet Banking beforehand.

Transfers - Move money between your accounts. Transfers are processed immediately and your balances are updated.

Alerts (only available on the iPhone App) - Set up mobile banking alerts to help you manage your spending (Alerts apply to the account you nominated during registration)

  • Select a day and time to receive your weekly balance alert
  • Get limit alerts when your balance goes below or above a set amount

Near Me - Search your current location or input an address to locate Ulster Bank cash machines and branches.

Who can use the App
You need to be an Ulster Bank NI customer who is registered for Anytime Internet Banking (visit our Anytime Banking pages to register), have an Ulster Bank NI personal account with a debit card and be aged 11 or over with a UK mobile number starting 07.

To use our Smart Phone Apps you must be registered for Anytime Internet Banking.

Already registered for Anytime Banking? Go to Step 2.

Already registered for Anytime Banking and have forgotten your logon details? Please reactivate your Anytime account then go to Step 2.

Not registered for Anytime Banking? You can sign up online or by calling 0845 900 3200. It will take less than 5 minutes using your Ulster Bank Debit Card. Then go to Step 2.
