* Internet and telephone banking features available to Adapt customers aged 16 and over are request and view electronic statements (paper statements can't be switched off), view balances and transactions, order statements, credit books and transfer funds.
** We may change these features and any terms and conditions that apply to them from time to time.
Adapt Accounts are only available to people aged 11 to 18. When you reach 18, we may change your account to a Current Plus Account or Student Account. For Student Accounts we may ask for confirmation from the organisation that processes your application to enter higher education that you have taken up your place. We will write to tell you at least 60 days before we do this.
