OneCard lets you pay for it all - entertainment, travel and your general business expenditure. Our OneCard online management information reporting system, Smart Data OnLine, lets you monitor and control OneCard expenditure from the convenience of your office.

OneCard is convenient, it helps your business become more efficient, and improves transparency and control right across your organisation.

The backbone of OneCard is Smart Data OnLine (SDOL). Smart Data enables businesses to monitor and control expenditure at the touch of a button. Just log on to OneCard's free Smart Data OnLine reporting tool to access up-to-date information on all your cards 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

New customers

  • New OneCard customers will automatically get access to the improved SDOL.

Existing customers

  • Existing SDOL users will be contacted by our specialised support team in 2013 to migrate current users onto the updated version of SDOL. We will fully support you through this migration process. In the meantime, you can continue to use the current SDOL until you hear from us.

Your business has chosen the Ulster Bank OneCard to help you manage business-to-business payments in a more efficient way. As the Company Administrator of the card programme, you will have responsibility for the ongoing operation and maintenance of OneCard within your business. This can range from organising cards for new cardholders to obtaining management information for your OneCard programme. Charges

OneCard has an annual fee of €50 per cardholder. Ancillary fees may also be applicable. €30 Government Stamp Duty is charged annually.
