• Bankline uses an additional Physical security layer (smartcard and readers) to provide additional security to payment approvals.
• Dual Authorisation feature requires 2 approvers for every payment.
• Local Bankline administrator has access to further payment control in " Payment Settings", this allows them,
• Control who creates, view and approves all payments using the Bankline administration features.
• Set individual users & beneficiary payments limits to further increase payment controls.
• Monitor in real time the payment status.
• Bankline provides you with an online audit trail on all activity around a payment from creation to approval, by individual user.
• Automatic system flags if there have been any changes to payment "templates" since last approval e.g. beneficiary account details change.
