New alert to flag changes to bulk lists and templates
We have added an extra layer of defence to our payment templates and bulk lists.
When creating, editing, importing a payment from a template / bulk list or viewing a payment awaiting authorisation. You will see a new icon " A" if the template has been changed since the last payment was made from it ? e.g, if the beneficiary account number has been amended (" A").
The warning icon (" A") will be displayed when the user confirms a payment from an altered bulk list or template, and it stays on the payment during the authorisation process.
When you view payments in a list, a new icon will also highlight which payments have changed.
Note: This is an added protection from possible fraud. It is a warning only and will not prevent a payment from being completed.
When creating a payment from a template/bulk list that has been updated since last payment was fully authorised, you will see a warning message will be displayed under the page heading.
When viewing the details of a payment made from a template/bulk list in Awaiting Authorisation or Awaiting Second Authorisation state, if the template has been changed a warning message will be displayed. Here is what you will see:
In "Authorise Payments", a new warning icon " A" will be displayed.
"A Template/Bulk List has been amended" will be added to the "legends screen".
