Step 1: Download the Ulster Bank Smart Phone App
For iPhone - Download the app from the App Store or alternatively by searching for Ulster Bank in the App Store.
We have recently updated our iPhone app to include the ability to make payments.
If your existing iPhone App looks like this
, you will have to delete the old app from your iPhone and your iTunes account before downloading the new App.
If your existing iPhone App looks like this
, you will have automatically received an upgrade notice for the new App. If you have not upgraded so far you can do so anytime in the App store.
For Android - Download the app from Google Play or alternatively by searching for Ulster Bank in Google Play.

For Blackberry - Download the app from the Blackberry App World or alternatively by searching for Ulster Bank in the Blackberry App World.
Step 2: Open your new App and follow the registration screens

We’ll send you a text within 24 hrs to confirm you have access to the new App.
