Overseas cash: We apply a foreign-exchange fee of 1.5% of transaction value with a minimum charge of €0.25 and a maximum charge of €6 (excluding transactions made within the Eurozone). You will also be charged 2% of the value of your cash withdrawal with a minimum charge of €3.00 and a maximum charge of €12.00. This does not include any additional fees that a merchant or cash machine owner may impose on the customer for using this service.
