PRIVATE Telephone Service & Anytime Internet Banking

PRIVATE offers you exclusive telephone access to a highly-trained team who can answer your queries such as:

  • Manage Direct Debits and Standing orders;
  • Pay bills (e.g. credit card, utility etc);
  • Request recent transactions;
  • Check account balance;
  • Make payments to someone else or another account.

When the telephone banking team isn't available (their hours are from 8am to 10pm every day) these functions can also be managed online. And with Anytime Internet Banking, you have a secure and efficient way to manage your finances no matter where you are in the world.
